Bootstrap slider does not show tooltip on iphone 6, mobile device

Hi, I just found a problem on the download sliders, which you can download from https://github.com/seiyria/bootstrap-slider or http://www.eyecon.ro/bootstrap-slider/

both of these plugins seem to have the same problem on iphone 6 - a tooltip does not appear when the slider is shifted. I checked only on iphone 6, but I assume the same problem for other mobile devices. Has anyone found a solution for this?

This is a known limitation of the bootstrap slider . Seiyria offers to set the prompt “always”, but this will make it visible all the time, and not just on the slide.

The link above suggests the proposed solution, which includes editing the gemfile and enabling a tooltip when touched (instead of a slide).
