Php and rdp crash unavailable

I always encounter this error message in the event log from Windows Diagnostics. PHP crashes and after that the server through RDP is unavailable .. any reason?

ntdll.dll is one of the kernel drivers for Microsoft Windows. Many fixes are offered to solve this problem, most of which seem to come down to reinstalling the intruder application (in this case php and your web server) or reinstalling ntdll.dll and / or re-registering it.
