Paypal Developer Account Verification Email Not Sent

When I create a new application in my paypal developer account, this message appears to me

Email verification required. Verify your email address to create the application. We have sent you an email with instructions on how to verify your email address. Alternatively, go to paypal.com to confirm your email.

and nothing is sent to my mail thanks

If your Paypal email address is still not verified, it will not allow you to create the application. You can manually send a confirmation email by going to https://www.paypal.com/profile , and in the email section, click "Confirm" to send the email again. This is not a programming problem. If this does not work, just call PayPal support and they will be able to do this by phone.
