Nokia 220 s30 + Development

I just want to ask how can I develop applications for Nokia 220 with the s30 + platform. Is there a way to develop applications for this or not?

S30 + is the Mediatek MRE, see mre.mediatek.com. There you can find a development system. However, for Microsoft phones you need to sign, which I do not know how to achieve.

There seems to be no answer.

Despite the name, S30 + is not associated with S30 .

The Microsoft specification page for Nokia 220 mentions several built-in applications (browser, calendar, contacts, alarm clock, "native games", etc.), but says nothing about the installed applications.

This FAQ: How do I update the software on my Series 30+? discusses a "software recovery tool" that runs on a computer; it erases all personal content on the phone.

This does not prove that it is not possible to install additional applications, but it strongly suggests that it is at least not supported.
