Why is isMultipleAdvertisementSupported () returns false when getBluetoothLeAdvertiser returns an object?

I am trying to play with BLE transmission on my device.

Here is the code I'm using and the output:

I don’t understand why mBluetoothLeAdvertisernot null, because it mBluetoothLeAdvertiserchecks that it is not false:
