Error trying to start a new project in Visual Studio

Question

I'm just trying to create a new project in Visual Studio 2013 Proffesional, but there is always this error

"Failed to create ImageSource from text '.. \ Images \ Medium.png'."

by clicking on "New project". I have not installed FastPictureViewer yet. Also, I uninstalled and reinstalled VS, but the error still exists.

Additional Information: - I installed Windows 8.1 Enterprise - I can’t log in to VS - Before trying the problem, I tried reinstalling the Net Framework (unfortunately, without success).
