Visual Studio 2015, building cordova projects is very slow

Question

I am building a Cordova project (5.1.1) in VS 2015 with a size of about 10 MB, but the time for complete assembly is very unacceptable, it is about a minute on an i5 machine with 4 GB of RAM and SSD.

The task: "Generate config.xml from the default values ​​for the platform ..." takes several minutes.

And there is no way to make a living change ... so the development time has become too expansive.

Are there any tricks?
