Bigcommerce coupon payment for each client does not work

Question

I am trying to create a coupon code with the following client settings.

• The code can be used by an unlimited number of clients. setting it to 0.
• The maximum usage for each client is set to 1.

Using these settings, the first client who uses the code can redeem it, but other clients always see that the code has expired, although it expires in a year.

how can i make this type of coupon code working in bigcommerce?

• Go to Marketing> Coupon Codes . Existing and sample coupon codes are displayed.

• Click Create Coupon Code .
