There is no tool for this to my knowledge.
You can use Process Explorer to find which descriptors for named pipe objects will be stored in the process, but this will not answer your question. To recognize the channels created for the WCF NetNamedPipeBinding channels, you need to know what you are looking for. WCF pipes will include a GUID in their name, looking something like this:

However, the fact that the descriptor exists does not in itself tell you anything about the state of the channel. There is a WCF combining mechanism for connecting to channels, so even if the channel is properly closed, it does not guarantee that the connection to the channel has been omitted and the handle has been released (although if you see a process gradually acquiring more and more knobs that would suggest that there may be a problem with cleaning the channel).
