I am looking for a way to apply return to customer without extension. There will also be a bonus to adjust inventory.
The best solution I found was the OpenCart Forum , creating a product called "return" and either adding it to the invoice or creating a new order indicating the amount of return.
This might seem like a nice solution, but is there a way to hide products in OpenCart 2? Without assigning it to a group, it is still visible from the search.
Ideally, OpenCart should have a return or pivot option to adjust total sales and inventory. Since you cannot simply delete an order for accounting, you must still record it.
