CSC Error CS0006: Metadata file "...... dll" not found. But the file exists

CSC error CS0006: metadata file 'C: \ BuildAgent \ work \ cbcbc45410f50008 \ Output \ Bin \ Release \ abc.xyz.dll' could not be found.

In the teamcity assembly that has worked so far, the assembly begins to intermittently fail for error CS0006.

I see a lot of posts about organizing projects related to the cause of this problem. But I doubt that this is due to the creation of orders, since I see that they are configured correctly. Also, the assembly and platform configurations are mentioned directly in the project file and when msbuild is called. In addition, the abc.xyz.dll file exists on the file system with the creation time earlier than the failure time.

I have a feeling that this is the state of the processor or thread. I am talking about this because when it constantly failed, I added file access auditing in the DLL file since the build was running. But this time the assembly will be successful. I thought that I load the processor differently, doing some work on the same agent.

I believe that I am not alone. Thanks for any answers or guidance.

I managed to overcome this by deleting the project link and then adding it again.
