Native Google Plus for Xamarin.Android and Xamarin.iOS

Question

On Xamarin.Android and Xamarin.iOS, can I use my own Google Plus account? That is, the login does not use WebForm, but native applications or phone features?

Also there is a plugin or component for this, for example, for Facebook ? Looking around, this is not any documentation about the built-in Google Plus accounts (related to Xamarin), nor to the Xamarin components.

Signing in to Google Plus is part of the Google Play Services.
