Fixed search bar in tab template

I use the tabs of the Ionic template. I need a permanent search bar, but I don’t see how to insert this bar into the tab bar.

My application is like:

The problem is that I put the search bar in the contents of the tab, and this works, but the bar does not get fixed, when I scroll through the list, the search bar also scrolls.

I need to have a nav-bar tab and just below, in front of lists (directories), is the search bar (fixed).

Does anyone know how I can do this?
