How to change icons for inline actions in ckeditor?

How to change icons for embedded actions like index, superscript and italics?

The documentation says that I should put the icons in the image folder on my skin, but how do I know what the image should be called?

In addition, ckeditor compiles the default image into one huge file, so I need to rebuild this icon file (how?) After placing the icon.

All skin icons should be included in the icon folder in the skin folder. The name of the icon file must match the name of the icon file available in the plugins icon folder.
