Failed to configure netstandard or netstandardapp in VS2015

Having damn time finding information about this is a pretty straightforward question.

I'm trying to target new netstandard and netstandardapp nicknames in an RC2 project, and visual studio tells me that frameworks are not supported. I see a lot of project.json files on GitHub using them ...

Assuming I need to install something.

Please inform.

The current public toolkit does not understand nicknames netstandard*. When we talk, we are working on a new tool. Sorry for the inconvenience
