Spyder interface icons are very small on a high-resolution screen in Windows 10

Question

I got a brand new laptop with a resolution of 3840 x 2160, running under Windows 10. After I installed Anaconda + Spyder for encoding on python, I noticed that the icons are extremely small, as well as the text in the "Object inspector" section

Is there any way to fix this? This seems to be closely related to resolution as it also happens to Eclipse.

PS: Eclipse workarounds include downscaling, which is far from ideal. I was wondering if this could be fixed while maintaining the resolution settings.
