Does the computer take more time to multiply, divide, subtract, add two larger numbers than a smaller number

We (people) take more time to multiply, add, divide and subtract two large numbers than two small numbers.

Does the computer take more time to multiply 5 * 2than say 51234 * 987654, or is this operation performed in the same time?

What about two numbers that are larger than the processor word size (for example, two 128-bit numbers)?

I saw an article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiplication_algorithm
