IPhone5S as an Android device model in the list of PlayStore devices?

I downloaded the Android application on the Play Store this morning and saw something strange while downloading the application.

Looking at devices compatible with the application, I found that it also shows “iPhone 5S”? Isn't that expected?

I guess there must be some kind of Android device model with the same exact name as “iPhone 5S”? Still not aware of any Android device with the same name?
