Problem with Delphi 10 Seattle IDE: there is no prompt after (by function / proc

I installed Delphi 10 Seattle on 2 cars. I have the same problem on both.

When I type the / proc function and type (, the hint used to pop up in previous versions, showing the parameters of the function and what step you were, but that no longer works. Is it deleted?

No, it has not been deleted. This works great for me.

This feature is called code parameters, as well as part of the Insight code. There are several common reasons why Code Insight is not working properly:
