AWS SNS notification parsing in .net core 1.0

Question

I have an application project without a VisualStudio17 server and I am using .net core Web Api.

I want to confirm my SNS subscription, but I have a problem that AWS sends a POST request with the header content-typeset to text/plain; charset=UTF-8, and body - JSON.

Here is an example request from the documentation :

Content Type: text, JSON body. This makes its parsing quite complex, and simple.

does not work and throws an exception Request was short circuited at action filter 'Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.ModelBinding.UnsupportedContentTypeFilter'..

Am I missing something? Why do they do it and how do I work with it?
