Letter Case IDFA / GAID

Is there a standard / agreement regarding the case of the letter IDFA (advertising identifier) ​​and GAID (Google advertising identifier)?

I could not find anything convincing about this. Links to relevant documents will be appreciated.

From what I saw, IDFA is uppercase, and GAID is lowercase. Sorry, no links.

From the examples in the Document ID Documentation, you can see that the GAID is stored in lower case, the last example also shows a wrapper class, which may mean that you don’t need to worry about it.
