Drupal 8 equivalent of taxonomy term converted to id views

So, in Drupal 7, it was very easy to pass a taxonomy term by name as a context filter, and it is USED to be able to convert the term name to id. What is equivalent to what is in Drupal 8? I tried the validator as the "name of the taxonomic term" and it does not work. When I try to pass it by name, I get nothing, but when I do an ID, it works. Therefore, I do not understand how to pass the name of the current taxonomic name as a filter.

First you need to create a link to the taxonomy terms by adding a link to the taxonomy list or Taxonomy terms on node. After adding a relationship, you can now add a context filter with a name namewith a category Taxonomy term. This way you can pass a taxonomy member by name to a filter.
