I am creating an apk file for my project, but when I drag it into genymotion, I see this error:

I had the same problem, solving it, uncheck Verify apps over USBunderDeveloper settings

But this Ans provides some help to others :)

Eror : an error occurred while deploying the file.
  • Open Genymotion
  • Go to setup
  • In the settings window, select ADB
  • In the connection settings of the ADB tool, select
    Use the "Genymotion Android" switch (default) .
