So, I teach basic Python to some students, and this simple question came to my mind. By teaching Python dictionaries, I could no longer sequentially read the contents (key: value) of this dictionary properly out loud. Once I said that “1 (key) is red (value)” , etc., And in other cases I said “1 on red” and so on. I am wondering if a uniformly accepted term exists in Python for the relationship between keys and values in a dictionary.
