When I leave BrokeredMessage, the count of the number of messages is incremented and therefore help to put it in the dead message Queue?

Yes, that's for sure. Each time you refuse a message, the amount of delivery increases by 1. And when it reaches the maximum number of mailings (which is 10 by default), it will be sent to the dead queue.
