How to calculate distance to a lighthouse based on tx, rssi and accuracy

I use petermetz / cordova-plugin-ibeacon to detect beacons around my mobile device. And I see that the plugins provide the following information about , for example beacon

uuid, major, minor, rssi, tx.accuracy

I want to know what, in fact , and ? How can I use these three values ​​( , and ) to calculate the distance of the beacon? rssi tx accuracyrssi tx accuracy
