Can you run and compile Swift code on Windows?

With the release of Swift 3.0 available for Mac OS and Windows, does this mean that you can compile and run Swift code on Windows? If so, which compiler do you use for Windows?

You speak:

Swift 3.0 Available for Mac OS and Windows

But this is not officially announced.

There are several projects, but nothing from Apple ... for now.

In general, the site where you read :

swift.im/releases.html

not about Apple Swift , this is a completely different project with, unfortunately, the same name.
