We have been working with a combination of Notes 8.5.3 and Source Tree for more than a year, and everything has been going smoothly, but recently, after updating to 9.0, we observe that the design project does not work to fully synchronize with the project on disk. Not sure, but useful when the new item / custom control is synchronized correctly, but the changed item will not be replaced correctly.
The strange thing is that this happens RANDOMLY, when we open a project on disk, everything is correct there, however, even after manually performing the synchronization operation from the designer, for some time the design will not be in the correct state.
This is a really weird problem and not quite sure that anyone really came across such a problem, however any suggestions here will help you.
