ASP.NET 5 Identity 3 users exit after application restart

Question

We use the ASP.NET 3 identifier.

Our users accidentally receive an automatic statement. To reproduce this problem, I tried to restart the application, all users are logged out, even those who checked Remember me.

This only happens in Production, works great in a development environment.
