Affectiva mscorlib.dll error and dependencies

I am creating a C # Affectiva product, just a few days ago everything was working fine. I did a clean install of Windows 10 and I am using Visual Studio Enterprise. I have the following error indicating the absence of mscorlib.dll or impact.dll

I tried referencing the dll, rewriting the appropriate DLL for debug mode, ensured the .net Framework 4.0 and VS C ++ Redist 2013 were loaded. I ensured that all updates were completed on my PC. I am the only one in the group who cannot start the program now. I do not know what else to do.

Any suggestions are welcome.
