Force YouTube Subscriptions at URL

Question

I want to play a YouTube video on my website with closed captions and even translation. My video URL (sorry commercial):

• https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygL_gJPbaKI

I know that the video is closed by Caption and Automatic Translation enabled, because I can turn them on manually during playback.

I read and tried all the urls, but no one does the trick:

• & hl = Fr
• & cc_lang_pref = Fr
• & cc_load_policy = 1
• & ss = 1

Any ideas?
