Which of the best IDEs for Angular2 / Typescript for Windows

Question

I have installed VSCodeand Brackets, however, I was wondering if there are any editors that can provide me with code snippet suggestions like Eclipse or NetBeans?

I mean. There must be some plugins or extensions for several editors that I can create small skeletons for classes,services,directivesin angular2 / typescript.

Any ideas?
