The downloaded iOS distribution certificate is not in the My Certificates section

I download the iOS distribution certificate from my company and save the file .cerin the My Files folder. I double click on it and Keychain Access opens. On the left side I see categories My Certificatesand Certificates. The certificate is added to the last category. How can I do this also in My Certificates? Copy and paste do not work.

I see that I am not the only one with this problem: he was also asked on the Apple forum , but he has no answer yet.

In this regard, when I click "Xcode Settings", on the "Accounts" tab in the "View Details", I see only iOS Development in Signing Identities. With the certificate I just uploaded, I expect a few more identifiers. Is this related to the question My Certificates? If not, how to solve it?

This probably means that the certificate was not created on your computer.

1. Ask the person who created the distribution certificate to export the .p12 certificate file.

To export a certificate, right-click it, and then click Export. He will ask for a password to enter a strong password.

2. , , , , .p12.
