Trying to compile to R (in HTML or PDF) using R studio on Mac

Question

I installed R and Rstudio using Homebrew. I also installed Mactex using Homebrew. Rstudio has the option "Compile a laptop" in HTML, MS Word or pdf format. But I am not allowed to compile the laptop as I get the error message:

/usr/local/Cellar/r/3.2.5/R.framework/Resources/bin/R: line 193: /usr/local/Library/ENV/4.3/sed: there is no such file or directory ERROR: parameter '-e 'requires a non-empty argument

I do not understand what it means.

I also brew gnu-sed with default names, installed packages Rmarkdown...
