I have a strange problem, I'm trying to understand.
I am using PHP and the REST API.
This is the scenario:
1) Users press the checkout button
2) Payment approved
3) Payment completed
4) The user is redirected to the completed purchase page
5) After a few seconds, the Cancel URL of the transaction is called (for example, when users click the "Cancel" button and return to the seller, instead of approving the payment).
Of the approximately 100 transactions, I had 3, which appeared in this way in all 3 cases when the payment was actually made, and the funds where they were available. I checked the server access log files, and 2 of them were using ios 9.3.1, and one of them was using ios 9.2.1. How is this possible?
