I have a file containing the LabView program, and you need to understand what it does. Of course, it cannot be done without LabView. But is it possible to read the LabView program without Labview?
As @JKSH said, the answer is no.
If you think the Labview Viewer application might be useful, give Kudo this Labview Idea and try to convince National Instruments to provide it.
In the comments to the idea there is a link to the software, VIpreVIEW - viewing an interactive VI , which makes an HTML page with Flash support for viewing code (I never tried).
