I have successfully used PhoneGap Build to create a PhoneGap application that works fine on Android devices, however I also want to install the application on iPhone.
Whenever I create an application through PhoneGap Build, I get the following error for building iOS:
You must provide a signing key, first. Find out how to fix this.
And if I click the link in the error message, I will go to the following page:

Part of the process requires an Apple iPhone Developer Certificate file provided by Apple. I have searched quite a bit for how to do this, and I still have to get a clear answer. In other words, I do not know what to do.
So my question is: how do I get the Apple iPhone Developer Certificate File? Can someone explain the process in plain English? Thank.
By the way, I use a PC with Windows and do not have access to an Apple computer with Mac OS.
