Problems installing rdkit with Anaconda

Question

I am trying to get rdkit to work on my Windows 7 system with Anaconda and Python 2.7. I followed the instructions http://www.rdkit.org/docs/Install.html

conda create -c https://conda.anaconda.org/rdkit -n my-rdkit-env rdkit
activate my-rdkit-env

Then I get the following:

Disabling the "C: \ Anaconda2" environment ...

Activating the environment "C: \ Anaconda2 \ envs \ my-rdkit-env"

However, if I open the Jupyter laptop and try

import rdkit

Unable to complete

ImportError: no module named rdkit

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
