Android - changing permission request message READ_PHONE_STATE

Question

I am using Android Marshmallow permission READ_PHONE_STATE and I would like to change the text that appears in the permission request.

By default, it shows:

Allow [application name] to make and manage phone calls?

But I use it to receive device idand sim serial number, therefore, I think it is better to change the request message. Does anyone know how to do this (some special function or something else)?

Or do I just need to implement independent for this Dialog?
