Link to add the entire event of the day to Google Calendar

So, I looked at the link to add to the Google calendar , but I want to do the same with the whole day.

I tried to do it dates={date.getUTCDate()}, but the link does not lead me to the google cal add event page (it just leads me to my calendar), I suspect the date is incorrect.

If you don’t put the time in the link, it looks like an event all day, for example: 20160627/20160627
