Sending multithreaded files

I am trying to create a multi-threaded file transfer system on a client server in C. There are clients who will send or list or make some other choice (in the case of a switch, you can see) and a server that stores files and serves many clients.

A multi-threaded ideology is really complex, as far as I can tell. It requires too much experience, not knowledge. I have been working on the project for more than one week, and I have not been able to cope with the problems.

There are 4 options: the first is the list of local files of the client in its directory, the second is the list files that are transferred between the client and the server, the third is the name of the read file from the user and the file is copied to the server directory.

My life question here is multithreading. I can’t connect multiple clients. I read the code from a to z heaps times, but I really can't catch my mistakes and am stuck.

Another problem is that the client will end when it is caught SIGINT, but, for example, after selecting the list files, pressing ctrl-c does not stop it. Same issue for server file. This is more problematic compared to the client, because when the server receives SIGINT, the clients will be disconnected from the server accordingly.
