Insert / overwrite hotkey in Jupyter

What is a combination of keys Jupyter to switch between the insert mode and overwrite during editing?

I have to keep pushing it randomly and then I can’t turn off the overwrite mode. I looked at the list of shortcuts in Jupyter and online, but could not find a match. I am working on Firefox on a Linux virtual machine running on a Mac.

We finally spotted the problem: it was a Linux problem with the inclusion of Numlock. Since Numlock was not turned on, the 0 key on the numeric keypad acted as a switch for insert mode.

Numlock, numlockx, , , , . Https://unlockforus.com/numlock-linux-mint/.

For me, fn + insert solved the problem.
