Resize or scroll the screen when remotely debugging on Android using Chrome

Question

I am trying to use remote Android debugging devices on chrome. But I can’t resize my mobile screen to 100% or on Chrome (PC).

On a mobile device, it looks like

But on Chrome (PC) it looks like

Now the problem is this: I can neither resize the screen of the mobile phone on Chrome (PC) nor scroll down (I can only scroll if I can on the mobile device)

I tried to zoom in / out, but it does not work. But I can see the rest by resizing the window, but I cannot see it in a full-sized window.

I am using Chrome version 50.0.2661.102 m on Windows 10 Pro (64 bit), Android 5.1 on Moto G (1st generation)
