I see very strange behavior in one of my applications from a few days. Crash in UIAlertController as soon as I add a second action. Here is the code>

actions- an array containing UIAlertAction elements, in my case 2. I already tried reordering actions to see if there was a problem with a specific UIAlertAction object, but no, the application always crashes when adding a second action. I create them as follows:

Most of this code comes from Apple tutorials with a few changes. The debugger immediately jumps to a line class AppDelegate: ...without any other information, then SIGABRT and in the crash logs I see this:
