Failed to sign Mac application

I successfully sent my application [version 1.0] to iTunesConnectfor viewing. And they rejected it because I added extra App Sandbox feature. So I decided this thing and tried to archive my project in a new build number.

I also selected mine Code Signing Identity 3rd Party Mac Developer Applicationand returned to Project Settings → General, now I could see that Signing switched to Noneand Teamautomatically changed to None. So I changed it to My Team Nameand signed on Mac App Store. Now I returned to Project Settings -> Build Settings, there the code signature identifier is different from the selected identifier [ Two Mac Developer & One 3rd Party Mac Developer].

So, it happens that whenever I change something, the opposite happens elsewhere. Basically, I cannot archive my project due to a problem with fake code.

If I try to enter code using Mac DeveloperIdentity, it shows me something that I have never seen before.

Something like that error: A cryptographic verification failure has occurred. *** error: Couldn't codesign /Users/Alvin/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/MyApp-bjtynsmrmxhrfffdvpfwxeanbgkb/Build/Intermediates/ArchiveIntermediates/MyApp/InstallationBuildProductsLocation/Applications/MyApp.app/Contents/Frameworks/libswiftCore.dylib: codesign failed with exit code 1

So how can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

By the way, I use Xcode 7.3.1in macOS Sierra. Could this be a problem? Is not it?

It seems that with MacOS Sierra there may be problems with fake code. You can follow the problem here .
