The original version of 'T' in the VSTS assembly

Sometimes when you start a new assembly (for the TFVC repo), the "Original Version" becomes "T" and the assembly is not selected by any agent. He remains pending "Agent Waiting." New builds initiated after this work fine:

When viewing on "T" nothing happens.

Does anyone know what this could be?

This is because someone indicated “T” as the “Original Version” when it was the turn to build.
