Where to install the "compatibility" of the application in the list of Apple App Store (left panel)?

I read the Apple documentation, and all I could find was to delete the list of certain functions, such as Bluetooth, which in turn would make the application inaccessible to some devices. But where is the setting for the "compatibility" that actually appears in the App Store?

• Target devices (iPad only)
• your devices required features
• target minimum OS (see matrix )
