How to get "Bus Service No" using google api

Question

I have the latitude and longitude of two places. I can get the direction to the destination below the api with mode = transit.

But it does not return "Bus Service No" as shown on the google map. Google map with bus service

Can we get all the tires between the specified location using google api or any api
