D.stopPropagation is not a bootstrap select-picker function

Question

I have a problem on my site,

and the selector works a lot of time, but without making any changes to the code, the select selection command stops working.

Error:

bootstrap-select.min.js: 7 Uncaught TypeError: d.stopPropagation is not a function

I have already tried updating the library version, but all the versions I tried (1.10, 1.7, 1.6 and 1.5) look with the same problem.

Can you bring me some ideas on what is going on? If you see that the console on the website will be awesome.
