How to remove Postsharp or change its license in the absence of Visual Studio?

I installed Postsharp on my build server. Only Microsoft build tools (MSBuild) were installed without installing Visual Studio.

Now I need to change the license for postharp. When I run the installer, it says that postharp is already installed. There is no option to "Delete" or "Change license." The official guide says postharp can be removed using the Visual Studio extension panel. Since I do not have Visual Studio installed, I am wondering how to remove postharp or change its license.
